How the limits work
No surprises, never cut off.
Calls at the same time. Starter handles up to 2 callers at once and Growth up to 4. If every line is busy, the next caller hears a polite message asking them to call back.
Extra calls. Go past your monthly calls and each extra call is charged at the rate shown. You are never cut off.
Custom. More locations, numbers, agents or simultaneous calls are priced together, based on your real volume.
Concurrent-call limits are confirmed during pilot load testing. Prices are before applicable taxes.

- Your data is separated from every other restaurant's at database level. Service keys are encrypted and never shown.
