Draft · pending legal review
Privacy
Last updated 28 September 2026.
This is a working draft. It describes how Svaryaa is designed to handle data and is not yet a reviewed legal document. It will be replaced by reviewed terms before we onboard customers beyond the pilot.
What we collect
- From businesses: account details, and the information you configure (hours, menu, policies) so the agent can answer accurately.
- From callers to a business's Svaryaa number: the call audio is processed to understand the caller, and we keep a transcript, the caller's phone number, and any booking or order details the caller provides.
- From this website: the details you submit in the waitlist and demo forms.
How it's separated
Each business's data is isolated from every other business's at the database level. One business can never read another's bookings, orders, or calls.
Who can see call content
- The business whose number was called.
- Svaryaa staff, only where needed to support the service. Access to call content is recorded, requires a stated reason, and phone numbers are masked by default.
Service providers
To run the service we use third parties for speech recognition, speech synthesis, language models, telephony, messaging and hosting. They process data on our behalf to provide the service.
Retention and deletion
Call transcripts are kept for a limited period, then reduced to aggregate statistics. Recordings, where enabled, are kept for a shorter period. Contact us to request deletion of your data or a caller's details.
